Andy Larson, MD, FACS, FASMBS, is a board-certified general surgeon specializing in bariatric surgery with a special interest in preventing and reversing disease through nutritional therapy. Ivy Larson is an American-College of Sports Medicine certified health fitness specialist and Clean Cuisine recipe developer. Together, Andy and Ivy have authored four books on the subjects of nutrition, fitness and disease prevention and have appeared on hundreds of radio and television shows including CNN, Good Morning America, Fox News, and Martha Stewart Radio.
